Installed two new repeaters in the Bakersfield area.  These repeaters are low level (on KP office building) and linked to repeaters in the LA area.  Additional information on KPARN is located at www.kparn.org.

We are looking to test and validate that these repeaters meet our emergency communications requirements.  If you would please make your members aware of these repeaters and to see how they perform locally and also with the LA link, it would be appreciated.  Please forward any comments to my attention.
