Here is Dick, K6SAM looking out over the antenna farm.
Probably making a wish list for his yard!
Antennas everywhere, and all different kinds. 800+ acres of
antennas.
During the days of WWII, this was the gun tower. It is not in
use today, but I suppose could be if necessary.
Anyone want this dish for their television? I imagine it
would pick up channels from all over the place
without having to pay for
cable. They have fake owls on them to keep birds off of the antenna.
You
can kind of see it behind the dish.
Here is another shot of that dish. I bet these could talk to
aliens!
