Time:
Set up @ 1800 (6:00PM) & Testing @ 1830 (6:30 PM)

THE LOCATION:
East Bakersfield Veterans Hall
2101 Ridge Rd
Corner of Mt, Vernon & Ridge Rd
(Across from Heritage Park)

You will need:
ARRL test fee $15, a valid photo ID, your FRN number,
a copy of any previous license or CSCE
